*Pastor Jean Gning is the pastor of the church in the village of Foua Poal. The church has 63 members and more that attend but have not yet been baptized.
*He also serves as pastor to the neighboring villages of Foua Fassana, Nobandane and Paychecka. He started other churches as well. Jean has a motorcycle to travel between villages.
* His ministry includes worship, Bible studies, prayer meetings, healing, and evangelistic outreach.
*Jean is married to Christine, and they have an infant daughter. They have no form of income. He does not want to give up the ministry to go seek work elsewhere to support his family. He is looking for assistance to start a chicken project that will allow him an income stream.

This garden project consists of digging well, installing a solar system to draw the water, installing a drip irrigation system, and erecting 2000 liter tanks. The garden area is 5000 square meters. The garden will benefit the church, its members, and the Ngollar community. The church will collaborate with a small number of young men and women from the village to operate the garden. The produce from the garden will be sold in the village market to improve the diet of the community and provide income for the church.

$720 purchases 5 pigs - 1 male and 4 female. Each female will produce up to 10 piglets per year.
$540 provides 1 year of feed.
$70 pays for cement to build a pen to house the pigs.

This project can produce a profit of over $5,000 per year for ministry outreach and building facilities.
Pastor Samuel and his wife have a ministry in the village of Patar as well as surrounding villages. To generate income for his family and ministry, he wants to start an egg business where he provides eggs to his village. He already has a boutique to sell from and plans to deliver around the village as well.
