The Mission Statement

Mission Development Senegal (MiDeS) is an economical interest group of Christians in Senegal in partnership with international organizations and individuals whose mission is to support the ministry of expanding the Word of God in Senegal through income generating projects for a lasting impact.

We pursue this mission through integrated, holistic commitment to: 

* Transformational development that is sustainable, whose focus is mainly supporting the holistic needs of children and ministers of the Word

* Promoting income generating projects that generate enough funds to support daily needs faced by the local church

* Promotion of self-sufficiency that seeks to help local ministry to be self-sufficient for a lasting impact

* Partnerships with local and foreign churches to contribute to spiritual and social transformation

* Public awareness that leads to informed understanding, giving, involvement and prayer

* Witness to Jesus Christ by word and deed that encourages people to respond to the Gospel
